About Us

ComNet Incorporated was founded on the premise that total customer satisfaction through intelligent selection of product offerings, based on customer requirements and outstanding installation and service, was to be the key to continuous growth in the telecommunications industry. The result is that today, ComNet is the foremost organization in the Southeastern Wisconsin area in technical capabilities of system design, equipment engineering / installation, and is unsurpassed in service and ongoing support of its customers. ComNet has well earned the reputation of providing highly cost effective solutions to difficult communications problems.

ComNet's technical employees have extensive training and experience on the most advanced telecommunications systems offered today. In addition, they receive continuous training to keep them informed of the ever changing technical aspects of today's telecommunications environment. Twenty-four hour a day service is the cornerstone of ComNet's Technical Service Department. We warehouse a large local inventory of parts for both service and additions. We respond to all major service problems within two hours of notification, day or night, 365 days a year, to provide you with an unprecedented level of customer support.

Our Marketing Department will identify and solve communications problems, not just sell equipment as so many others do. Our Marketing and Technical Service Departments are at your disposal before, during, and after installation to assist you in your total communications planning and training. The Customer Support Department will instruct your employees in the use of all system equipment and features. This training is provided both prior to cutover and after, in order to make the transition to your new system, and its' continued use, as smooth and effective as possible. We hope that the spirit of cooperation that has existed between our respective organizations will continue and that you will consider ComNet an integral part of your business planning process, and not only a supplier of communications equipment.
